1. Refunds
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are issued only under the following conditions:

  • If the project is canceled by Laplif Digital before commencement.
  • If the client is dissatisfied with the initial draft and no further work is requested.

2. Non-Refundable
Payments made for completed services are non-refundable. Additionally, down payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced.

3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@laplifdigital.net within 14 days of the payment. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

4. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
