5. Payment Terms
- A 50% down payment is required before the commencement of any project if the project is handled outside marketplaces like Fiverr or Upwork.
- The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion before final delivery.
- For Fiverr and Upwork projects, there is no need for a down payment, but it is necessary to order the project with milestones.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Accepted payment methods:
- International Clients: Payoneer, Remitly, Taptap Send
- Bangladeshi Clients: Direct bank transfer, Bkash
- Failure to complete the payment may result in project delays, suspension, or termination of service.
- Late payments may incur additional charges or penalties, as deemed appropriate by CoreBytesBD.
6. Modifications & Termination
CoreBytesBD reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (temporarily or permanently) at any time with notice. In case of termination, any remaining obligations, including outstanding payments, must be fulfilled.
7. Limitation of Liability
CoreBytesBD shall not be held liable for:
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits due to service interruptions or unforeseen circumstances.
- Any third-party actions that impact project performance, such as search engine updates, platform policies, or algorithm changes.
Clients acknowledge that digital services inherently involve unpredictable external factors, and CoreBytesBD cannot be held responsible for those.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Bangladesh.
